You arrive on the floor, review the day’s production goals, and prepare your station. Throughout the shift, you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor runs, and keep an eye on quality and safety. You communicate with teammates to keep things moving, complete basic documentation, and help ensure an efficient, clean work area. As the day wraps up, you perform simple equipment checks and hand off clearly to the next operator.

What you’ll handle (Duties)

• Operate assigned production machinery following company procedures.
• Observe equipment performance and perform routine adjustments within set guidelines.
• Support quality checks and maintain a tidy, safe work environment.
• Document basic production information as directed.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)

• Comfort working around manufacturing equipment and following safety practices.
• Attention to detail and reliability on the production floor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn standard operating procedures.
