If you have at least 10 years of experience in management or senior management positions in the US nonprofit, social impact or child development sectors this is the ideal role for you to share your vision, and shape policy to help children in need. Responsibilities:
- Provide Strategic leadership and oversight of the operations in Texas
- Ensure Financial stewardship and lead program excellence
- Provide a growth vision for broader national impact
- Champion new business development, high impact partnerships, and policy influence
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Have a deep expertise in US child development systems in marginalized communities
- Have a proven track record in securing grants, growing strategic partnerships, and navigating external environments
- 10+ years experience in management or senior management positions in either US Nonprofit, Social impact or child development arenas
- Bachelor's Degree Required, Masters degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with grant compliance and managing US Government grants
- Proven track record in business development
- Experience with child sponsorship programs is a huge plus
