About the Role
The Rural Clinical Nurse Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for designated nursing departments, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and effective supervision of nursing personnel.
Job Title: District Clinical Nurse Manager
Department: Nursing
Reports To: Chief Nursing Officer
Education/Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
· Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
· Minimum of five years of hospital nursing experience.
· Formal training in nursing leadership or demonstrated leadership experience.
· Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or TEAM certification, as applicable.
· Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.
· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and model self-direction.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Maintains all required licensure and certifications.
