Salary $135,000 - $145,000 D.O.E

Our thriving Community Health Center in Valparaiso, Indiana is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide compassionate, comprehensive care in an outpatient setting, with the opportunity to participate in hospital deliveries on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) licensure
• Minimum 1–2 years of women’s health or OB experience preferred
• Strong commitment to community health and patient advocacy
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) encouraged to apply
