A growing company, based in Monroe, WA, owns the bulk of the market share and manufactures bike racks for the transit industry across the USA is looking to add a Mechanical Assembler to their team.

Mechanical Assembler Job Duties:
- Perform assembly of electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to assemble parts and ensure components meet quality and safety standards
- Install wiring, connectors, and hardware in enclosures and assemblies
- Conduct functional testing and inspection to verify assemblies meet performance specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and report any discrepancies or non-conformances
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve assembly processes and efficiency
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Electromechanical Assembler Requirements:
- Previous experience in electromechanical assembly or a related manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with wiring, soldering, or testing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
