Marketing Manager & Event Coordinator

All Seasons Window & Door, MFG is a 46-year-old manufacturing company that now has a home improvement division that sells directly to the consumer. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual that will work directly with ownership and management and play a critical role in our growth initiatives. This person will also work directly with our sales team and our call center to ensure the execution of those initiatives.

Job Responsibilities and/or Involvements:

· CRM Administration

· Lead Generation

· KPI Tracking

· Digital Marketing – SEO, PPC, Social Media, OTT, Streaming (in conjunction with Management, 3rd Party Agencies, AI Components and Individually)

· Print Advertising

· Canvassing

· Event Coordination – Home Shows, Festivals, Community Events, Etc.

Requirements:

· 5 or More Years Marketing Experience – 4 Year Degree a plus (not required)

· Data Oriented & Data Driven – Budget Allocation will be part of this position

· Positive Attitude & Dedicated Work Ethic

· Must have a PASSION for Marketing and be committed to results

Compensation:
