Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a well known apartment rental agency that is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office in the Boston area. This is a six month contract. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of administrative assistance, Workday experience and must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment. Please apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Manages appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Document Preparation: Creates memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
  • Record Management: Maintains filing systems, databases, and meeting minutes.
  • Staff Support: Handles phone calls, messages, and call transfers.
  • Supply Management: Oversees office supplies, including purchasing and stockroom organization.
  • Event Planning: Arranges events, conferences, and other activities.
  • Financial Review: Conducts fiscal reviews and surveys.
  • Program Implementation: Supports the implementation of new programs, procedures, methods, and systems.
  • Presentation Development: Creates spreadsheets and presentations using software.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.


Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • 5+ years of solid administrative experience.
  • Must have Workday Experience
  • Must have strong Microsoft experience.
  • Must be able to pass a background check prior to starting.
  • Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Must be highly organized and a go getter.
