<li>Safely operate grading and/or paving equipment</li>
<li>Load and unload cargo</li>
<li>Inspect equipment before and after use</li>
<li>Communicate need for maintenance or repair</li>
<li>Adhere to safety policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in grading and or paving</li>
<li>Strong work ethic</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
