We’re hiring for both 1st and 2nd Shift Machine Operators at a leading printing company in Rapid City, SD. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

  • 1st Shift: $19.00 per hour (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • 2nd Shift: $19.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential ($20.00/hour total; 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
  • Training takes place on 1st shift before starting the 2nd shift

What you’ll do each day as a Machine Operator:
• Set up and operate the Kodak Prosper Digital Press, ensuring all preflight and color adjustments are accurate for high-quality production
• Perform visual and specification quality checks on every product, continuously monitoring quality and press conditions
• Maintain the digital press, requisition supplies as needed, and always follow safety and housekeeping standards
This job might be a perfect fit if you:
• Understand the print production process and can independently set up, adjust, and run a digital press
• Have strong attention to quality control, maintaining print quality and accurate color matching
• Are able to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, have good manual dexterity, and are comfortable standing for extended periods
