Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 educational institution in Okatie, SC is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team on a contract basis for the uping school year. This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive school environment, applying behavioral principles to help students achieve meaningful progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and modifying interventions to maximize student success.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support consistent behavior management.
• Promote positive social skills and effective munication in students.
• Maintain pliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children in a behavioral support role is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow detailed intervention plans and collect accurate data.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
