A Colorado school district is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 medical support for a medically fragile student. This role requires hands-on nursing care throughout the school day and during transportation to and from school.
Student Population:

School-aged student requiring intensive medical support
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student

Manage and monitor oxygen therapy, ostomy care, and G-tube feedings with suction as needed

Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift

Acpany the student on the bus to and from school daily

Collaborate with school staff, family, and related service providers

Maintain accurate documentation in pliance with district and healthcare guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado

Experience working with medically fragile students preferred

fort and petence with G-tubes, ostomy care, oxygen support, suctioning, and Hoyer lifts

Ability to mit to a consistent, full-time school schedule
