Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for car insurance. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with policy inquiries, process changes, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist with policy updates, renewals, and cancellations</li>

Qualifications:
