Assignment Type: 13-Week Contract-to-Hire

RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a Home Infusion Pharmacy in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. This 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity offers a clear path to a permanent position with a respected healthcare organization known for exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sterile IV admixtures, including antibiotics, TPN, and other infusion therapies, in strict compliance with USP 797/800 standards.
Maintain accurate compounding documentation and ensure proper labeling.
Perform cleanroom upkeep and follow aseptic techniques at all times.
Assist pharmacists with order preparation, verification, and delivery coordination.
Manage inventory for compounding supplies and medications.

Shift Details:

Monday Friday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
No weekends

Requirements:

Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license (required).
At least 1 year of recent sterile compounding experience.
Solid understanding of USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines.
Prior experience in home infusion or hospital pharmacy preferred.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality control.
