Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Aurora, CO
Compensation: $18-$30/hour depending on experience

In This Role, You Will
- Install residential heating and cooling systems
- Work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Follow installation standards, manufacturer specifications, and code requirements
- Keep customers informed throughout the installation process
- Complete system testing and start-up procedures
- Maintain organized and professional job sites
- Collaborate with fellow installers and office staff to ensure projects stay on track
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes

- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- EPA Certification preferred
