Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX, for a Sales Consultant. The role involves engaging potential clients to understand their requirements, presenting tailored design-build solutions, and addressing client inquiries. The Sales Consultant will manage the full sales cycle, maintain strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include providing regular updates to clients and team members, meeting sales goals, and ensuring alignment with CROSS' quality standards.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and build trust
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a professional services environment
- General knowledge or interest in residential design, construction, or renovation is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the residential construction, renovation, or design-build industry is a plus
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software is advantageous
