We are seeking a talented project manager with hands-on experience overseeing GPU hardware development programs. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver graphics hardware solutions for mobile platforms, managing all phases from planning to validation and commercialization. Background in silicon and hardware IP development is highly valued.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage project timelines for GPU hardware and IP development.
• Coordinate global teams and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate meetings, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize plans as needed.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining stakeholder communication.
• Champion process improvements and drive efficient documentation.
• Report status and progress to leadership teams using project management tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in technical program/project management.
• Experience with ASIC design, silicon validation, or hardware IP development.
• Proficiency with project management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bugzilla, Excel).
• Familiarity with software version control (Git, Perforce).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High adaptability, detail orientation, and ability to drive team performance.
