Key Responsibilities
- Support providers and nursing staff in a high-volume pediatric clinic
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining efficient patient flow and workflow
- Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and patients to ensure quality care
- Provide a professional, friendly, and patient-focused experience
- Maintain organization and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Requirements
- Medical Assistant diploma required
- Minimum 6 months of Medical Assistant experience
- Current hands-on BLS certification
- Ability to manage high patient volume and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to build rapport with patients
- Current TB test
