This is an in-person office position in Lacey, WA, US.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and collaborative treatment planning for patients experiencing mental health challenges. This is an in-person position in our Lacey office. You will work closely with a team of dedicated mental health professionals open to collaborative and integrative care and evidence-based therapies. We highly value the patient-provider relationship. We believe the therapeutic relationship between the provider and patient is fundamental, and psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a crucial component of treatment. Building trusting relationships with our patients will result in a deeper understanding of their needs and improved outcomes.

Compensation:
$130,000 - $170,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders.
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to develop integrative and individualized care.
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medicine based on a framework that is traditional, integrative, complementary, and holistic.
- Routinely establish patient/provider therapeutic relationships & provide evidence-based psychotherapy to support patients' mental health and overall well-being.
- Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- In-person role in Lacey, WA.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- ANCC Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active RN and APRN license in Washington.
- DEA license with Schedule II-V prescribing authority (or eligibility).
- Minimum 2 years of psychiatric/mental health clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally competent care.
- You must have a true passion for delivering excellent care and top level patient experience.
