Loan Officer - Non-QM Lending
We're looking for an experienced Non-QM Loan Officer to join a growing lending team. This role is built for someone who knows how to work with real estate investors, landlords, and self-employed borrowers who don't fit the conventional lending box. If you know your way around DSCR, bank statement loans, and asset-based lending - we want to talk.

What You'll Be Doing
Originating Non-QM loan products including DSCR, bank statement, asset depletion, and bridge loans
Working with real estate investors, landlords, and self-employed borrowers to structure deals that make sense
Building and maintaining a strong referral pipeline through realtors, investors, and property managers
Guiding borrowers through the full process from application to close
Staying sharp on Non-QM guidelines, rate changes, and product updates across lending partners
Partnering with processors and underwriters to keep deals moving
What We're Looking For
2+ years of Non-QM or investor lending experience
Solid understanding of DSCR qualification, bank statement programs, and alternative income documentation
Existing book of business or referral network a strong plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working a pipeline independently
Strong communicator who can explain complex loan structures in plain language
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $90,000 annually
- Commission of 30 basis points per loan closed
- Tiered upside - additional 10 bps on monthly volume exceeding $2.5M, and another 10 bps on volume exceeding $4M
- 20 days PTO plus Federal Bank holidays
- Full benefits package including health care and 401k eligibility
