We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Open and process incoming mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including printing and mailing client birthday and Christmas cards.
  • Maintain mailing lists as needed.
  • Scan client tax documents.
  • Assemble tax returns.
  • Order supplies and services as needed.
  • Prepare client invoices and post receipts.
  • Light bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
  • Operate general office equipment including telephone, scanner, copier and computer.
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

If desired, position can be part time May - November.
