We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controls and Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do:

Lead the day-to-day execution and oversight of various control processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Monitor and report on federated controls, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Resolve complex issues by interpreting policies, guidelines, and procedures, escalating breakdowns and driving corrective actions.

Create and maintain process documentation—including procedures, process flows, and project reports—to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, providing insights and supporting execution efforts across the organization.

Deliver internal training and customer service to stakeholders, occasionally presenting to senior and executive-level audiences.

Step in to perform process tasks directly as needed to ensure continuity and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management or Audit.

At least 1 year of experience using G Suite.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort with shifting priorities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
-
Risk Management or Audit certification.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $58.00 per hour
