We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controls and Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a very interesting and high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in the success of a Fortune 500 company. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day execution and oversight of various control processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

  • Monitor and report on federated controls, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes through collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Resolve complex issues by interpreting policies, guidelines, and procedures, escalating breakdowns and driving corrective actions.

  • Create and maintain process documentation—including procedures, process flows, and project reports—to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, providing insights and supporting execution efforts across the organization.

  • Deliver internal training and customer service to stakeholders, occasionally presenting to senior and executive-level audiences.

  • Step in to perform process tasks directly as needed to ensure continuity and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management or Audit.

  • At least 1 year of experience using G Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort with shifting priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience.

  • Risk Management or Audit certification.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $58.00 per hour
