Position Overview - Commercial Plumbing Lead/Foreman - We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Lead / Foreman to oversee and execute commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for leading crews in the field, coordinating daily work activities, ensuring installations meet code and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on commercial plumbing experience and the ability to manage people, schedules, and job-site expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred or required depending on jurisdiction)
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Proven experience leading crews and managing commercial job sites
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Solid understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
