Entry-level opportunity in a highly regulated manufacturing environment supporting the production of medical diagnostic test kits. The Production Support Operator ensures the production team has the required materials, tools, and resources to complete packaging and manufacturing orders. The role requires the use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, lab coat, safety shoes), standing or using a perch stool for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required.
Responsibilities
• Operate fill production manufacturing equipment
• Inspect and package finished products
• Verify raw materials, components, and quantities for each batch
• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing issues
• Follow written SOPs and production guidelines
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, OSHA and quality systems
• Adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in FDA-regulated or manufacturing environments preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and pallet jack
• PC skills: MS Office, Outlook, Word, Documentum
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
