Job Details:

• Work nights, 3x12 hour shifts per week
\n• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
\n• 2+ years of nursing experience required
\n• Required certifications: NRP, STABLE, BLS (AHA)
\n• Pennsylvania RN license required
\n• Assess, plan, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs
\n• Promote adaptive responses of patients and families to achieve highest level of patient care
\n• Exhibit compassionate care during patient-nurse interactions
\n• Coordinate patient care and staff interactions
\n• Provide specialized care for neonatal intensive care patients
\n• Promote safety and maximize patient satisfaction
\n• Ensure optimal patient and family experience through all interactions
