Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and customerfocused Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Onsite Installation Support in Richland Hills, TX to support our growing team. This role is based primarily in the Richland Hills office, where you will answer incoming calls from vendor customers and provide professional, accurate, and exceptional customer service. About 30% of the position involves onsite work at merchant locations—such as restaurants, retail shops, salons, and other small businesses—installing and supporting POS and paymentprocessing systems, which requires bilingual English–Spanish proficiency.
