About Our Organization
Our organization, like every office we support, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly trained on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Both new graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and the desire to enhance clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health maintenance.
- Clinical needs as specified by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
