Frontline Trailer Sales is a fast-growing and team-oriented organization dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We’re searching for a dependable, detail-focused Office Employee to join our administrative team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Position Summary
The Office Employee will support day-to-day office functions, assist staff and management, and uphold a professional and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Prepare documents, reports, and basic correspondence
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support HR, accounting, and management as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders
- Perform general office duties to support team operations
- Keep work environment clean as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- 1+ years of administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
