Job Title: Digital Specialist – Virtual Try-On & Product Operations (Part-Time)
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per month)
Job Type: Contract (7+ Months) | Part-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Specialist to support virtual try-on experiences and product operations within a fast-paced digital environment. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product data, support digital tools, and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
Product Operations & Coordination:
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate and track product samples for new launches
- Monitor product deliveries and follow up on delays for new brands and launches
- Collaborate with marketplace teams to identify priority brand launches
Digital Content & Data Management:
- Capture, label, and document product swatches using iOS and macOS devices
- Extract and manage color data (hex values) using image editing tools
- Assist in setting up and maintaining product data in calibration tools and applications
Analytics & Testing:
- Support tracking and reporting of product and category performance metrics
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements
- Participate in business validation testing and QA processes
Digital Experience Support:
- Provide recommendations for product merchandising within virtual try-on tools
- Support campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences as needed
- Assist in creating and maintaining training documentation
QR Code & Campaign Support:
- Manage QR code creation, tracking, and deployment for marketing initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve QR code-related issues
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital operations, e-commerce, or related fields
- Interest or experience in beauty/cosmetics products preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and color accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Photoshop preferred
- Comfortable using iOS and macOS platforms
- Background in color theory is a plus
