Engage in direct patient care across all age demographics, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will oversee and coordinate patient care activities alongside ancillary departments to enhance patient comfort and care quality. This structured program offers practical learning experiences, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development at every stage.

Eligible for Transfer to a Specialty Department within 12–18 Months:

- Float Pool

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- License: Active RN license in the respective state
- Certifications: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
