Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or CFY credentials to provide essential services in an elementary school setting. This contract role offers a full-time schedule working with K-5 students, delivering impactful therapy to help young learners develop their communication skills.

Location: Camp Lejeune, NC, approximately one hour north of Wilmington
Setting: Elementary School (Grades K-5)
Duration: Contract through 6/11/2026
Schedule: 39 hours per week
Caseload: Approximately 45 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address various speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to support student progress and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and professional standards.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or current Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students across K-5 grades.
  • Flexibility and commitment to work a full-time, 39-hour week schedule.
