Responsibilities:
- Instruct three-year-old preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
- Communicate with parents on children's growth and progress
- Maintain the health and safety of all children
- Execute the High Scope curriculum
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education and/or Preschool through Third Grade (P-3) certification. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A B.A. IN EARLY CHILDHOOD OR A P-3!!!!
- Previous experience in preschool teaching
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
