Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Michigan-licensed Pharmacy Technician for a full-time 13-week temporary to direct hire in Flint, Michigan. This opportunity has potential to result in permanent employment. If there is any interest, please consider applying!

Schedule/Shift: Monday Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm).

Responsibilities:

• Will be working as regular pharmacy technician and in the retail pharmacy.
• Travel will be limited to around 1 trip per month or 2 months, within an hour radius to client site.
• PSR level pharmacy technician.
• Assists with various activities of the IM2 Program at Insight.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
• Maintain inventory, stock medications, and manage supply levels.
• Process prescription orders and input data into pharmacy systems.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and resolving issues within scope.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
• Prior authorization experience (retail is fine).
• Experience dealing with clients/public and able to de-escalate an issue.
• Reliable transportation required.
