Job DescriptionAdministrative Clerk / CSR Backup
This is a fast-paced environment, and the candidate must be a quick learner, good attention to detail and ability to multi-task between
different work duties while also assisting customer service with phone coverage.

Duties include but not limited to:
• Reviewing and distributing customer requests located in multiple email inboxes such as CS and Info to CSRs
through DocLink paperless workflow system
• Reception coverage when out of the office which includes:
o Scanning documents to DocLink paperless workflow system
o Answer calls and redirect to proper department
o Sort incoming mail
o File paperwork
• Registering online for Federal and VA bids in Illinois & Wisconsin
• Contacting inactive accounts by email with special promotions or product information
• Assist Customer Service during peak times such as lunch hours or when short-handed with:
o Answer overflow of calls
o Gathering information to research products and parts
o Ability to identify vendors and parts needed (once fully trained)
o Process orders, returns, quotes, create part numbers, etc. (once fully trained)
o Assist customers with returns and replacement orders
o Follow up on quotes, open sales orders, emails, etc.
Skills Required:
• Customer Service Call center experience required – minimum 2 years
• Good phone skills - inbound & outbound
• Intermediate computer & typing skills
• Microsoft Office skills - a must (Outlook, Basic Excel & Word)
• Paperless workflow experience preferred but not required
• Complex thinker
• Detail oriented – very important
• Able to multi-task – a must have ability
• Good spelling and grammar skills
• Quick learner
