- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 – $2,370 (competitive travel nurse pay)\n
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required\n
- EMR: Epic (Epic experience required)\n
\n\nQualifications – ICU RN Requirements\n

- Active RN license (valid for practice in the assignment location)\n
- At least 2 years of recent ICU staff experience caring for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients\n
- Experience in a Level One Trauma facility required (trauma nurse experience)\n
- Epic EMR experience required\n
- Competency test required within 24 hours of submission\n
- Ability to wear navy blue scrubs and adhere to facility dress code\n
- Willingness to float to other units as needed (flexible critical care RN)\n
\n\nResponsibilities – ICU Registered Nurse (RN)\n

- Provide high-quality critical care nursing for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients\n
- Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapy, PT/OT, pharmacy) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans\n
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per orders and facility protocol\n
- Maintain patient safety, adhere to infection control protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives\n
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team members\n
- Adapt to the needs of the unit, including floating to other departments as required\n
