Chief Nursing Officer needed for a smaller community hospital! 
 
The Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission. Their technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Breast Surgery, Colon &amp; Rectal, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Spine, Urology. 10+ Operating Rooms and 5 Treatment Rooms. 
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education with a plan to obtain a high level of degree.</li>
<li>Current California Registered Nursing License.</li>
<li>Master’s degree in healthcare management or nursing preferred.</li>
<li>ACLS Certificate preferred.</li>
<li>BLS Certificate.</li>
<li>Minimum five (5) years of prior experience in patient care service.</li>
<li>3+ years of quality management experience preferred.</li>
