QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field
- ESL endorsement on teaching license
- Highly proficient in English, including grammar, writing, reading comprehension, listening, and speaking skills.
- Bilingualism or multilingualism can be an asset but is not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create Lesson Plans: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that address the diverse needs of ESL students, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Teach Language Skills: Provide instruction in English language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversation.
- Use Differentiated Instruction: Employ various teaching strategies to accommodate students at different proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Integrate Language and Content: Collaborate with subject-area teachers to support ESL students in understanding content material across different subjects.
- Provide Academic Support: Offer additional support for students struggling with academic language or specific subject content.
- Communicate with Parents: Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's progress, language development, and ways to support learning at home.
