About the Role:
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. There will also be cleaning, and dishwashing duties assigned to you. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with our residents. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, contributing to the overall success of our service team.
The hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8-1, Saturday and Sunday 12-8.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
- Experience in Senior Living
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to residents, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
