Start Date: October 1, 2025
November – April: Based in the Lake Tahoe area
May – October: Based in the Front Range CO / I-70 Corridor

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Independent, proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet.
- A flexible, organized, and highly detailed operations professional.
- A people-first leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and managing seasonal team members.
- Proficient with Office Suite, web-based platforms, mobile apps, and smartphone tech.
- 3+ years of operations or logistics management experience (parking or hospitality industry preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must be able to relocate seasonally between Tahoe, CA and Colorado corridor
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Oversee daily operations of parking locations across two seasonal regions.
- Lead, train, and supervise frontline staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Monitor and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Manage site appearance, equipment functionality, staffing schedules, and operational execution.
- Collaborate with leadership and local teams to support growth, streamline processes, and implement initiatives.
- Travel between regions and provide on-site support during peak periods.
