Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. This role is essential to keeping projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials to job sites
- Load, secure, and unload materials (drywall, studs, ceiling grid, etc.)
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain necessary documentation/signatures
- Coordinate delivery schedules with project managers and field teams
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory as needed
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 1+ year of delivery or driving experience, preferably in construction or building materials
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Familiarity with the local area and job site navigation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Forklift experience is a plus
