Farmers Insurance - Agency Leader Development Program

We are seeking a select group of high-performing professionals to enter our Agency Leader Development Program. This role is designed for individuals with a proven sales background, strong financial discipline, and the ambition to build and scale a high-income operation backed by one of the most respected brands in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Build, manage, and grow a high-performing insurance operation

Develop client relationships through consultative selling

Drive new business across Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and Financial Services

Recruit, train, and lead team members

Execute growth strategies with support from Farmers leadership and systems

Become a trusted advisor within your local community
