Job DescriptionSalary: $78,000 to $80,000

Columbia Development Companies, an Albany based real estate development firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant must be highly organized, detail oriented, and be willing to provide dedicated support. This is a full-time office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule and prepare for meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle correspondence, maintain and organize files and personal errands requiring a driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Transaction Support: Coordinate paperwork including sending packages, and function as a liaison between clients and co-workers.
  • Communication and coordination: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished demeaner.
  • Data management: Assist with data entry and accuracy for reports.
  • Initiative: Willingness to go above and beyond and possess a desire to learn.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cheerful outlook & flexibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Five plus years administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of real estate development processes and terminology is preferred by not required.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, and pick up 10 pounds.
