JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a part-time Production Clerk
to support the Philadelphia Naval Yard.
Location / Place of performance: Philadelphia Naval Yard
Start Date: TBD
Hours of Operation: 8:00am-1:00pm Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- The Production Clerk will support the onsite technicians and leadership of the company by performing administrative duties related to the production process.
- This includes managing tickets, managing production, coordinating paperwork for operations, and ensuring accuracy of paperwork.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports .
- Track and maintain inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies and parts.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate production activities.
- Maintain organized record-keeping systems
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in a production or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
