All American Rentals is a single location "Mom and Pop Shop" serving Apache Junction and many parts of the Valley for 25 years, renting construction equipment and tools! We are looking for a team player to join our crew! A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individual with familiarity in our industry, to manage the daily operations of the front desk as our Rental Coordinator. This position is the lead roll of the company and is a path to management. This roll will be 100% customer service focused and sales driven.
Tasks:
*Effective communication with team members and management as well as customers
*Customer service
*Answering phones with appropriate representation
*Book reservations in person, on the phone, and manage online reservations
*Manage delivery schedules
*Assisting customers with loading and unloading of small to larger equipment when the need arises
*Being able to show customers how to start and operate equipment
*Ability to problem solve and research
*Maintain a clean workspace
*Maintain a safe workspace
*Maintain lobby appearance
*Strong administrative skills
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, this individual needs to be punctual, self-motivated, have effective communication, organization skills and the ability to make knowledgeable, and smart decisions. Previous equipment rental industry is a plus. This job requires an active person that is ok with being inside and out. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Assisting customers with the proper use of equipment and demonstrating how equipment is started. Must be focused and have the ability to multitask. Must have a mechanical mindset. Also needs to have strong computer skills. Must have the ability to problem solve and pay attention to detail and safety measures, as well as the drive to learn about the tools and equipment we have available in our rental fleet. This position can be very fast paced, so please be sure you can work under pressure if applying. Requires Saturdays (shop closes at 10am Saturdays). On-the-job training is possible. Cell phone data bonus provided monthly. Paid Time Off available. Catastrophe Health Share Plan available after 9 months of employment. Must be 25+ years of age with a clean driving record.
