Location: Stuart, NE
Shifts: Nights/Evenings
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. The LPN will oversee nursing operations, provide guidance to staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a long-term care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Monitor and oversee patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Active Nebraska LPN license required
- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
