Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you'll gain comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and box creation for shipments. Utilize a voice-to-pick system that streamlines the picking process by providing verbal instructions on item selection, which enhances efficiency and reduces paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Learn and perform all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and box creation.
- Utilize voice-to-pick system for efficient item selection and placement in staging areas for packing and palletizing.
- Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts.
- Handle products safely and efficiently using RF scanners and ERP systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, especially when working at heights up to 24 feet.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and ERP systems.
- Material handling skills.
- High school diploma.
- 0-6 months of experience in a similar role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable working at heights with racks 24 feet high.
- Safety shoes required (no-slip and steel toe).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SANTA BARBARA, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
