We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who values relationship-building, autonomy, and a positive, drama-free work environment. This is a long-term CSR role.

  • Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Assist clients with coverage, billing, and basic claims support
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Follow up on renewals and outstanding client needs
  • Support team members with service and administrative tasks


Requirements

  • Active insurance license
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers and agency management systems
