A bit about us:
We are a large, multi-entity organization operating across hundreds of locations with a national and international footprint. The business has scaled through growth and complexity, requiring compensation programs that are disciplined, data-driven, and adaptable. Compensation is owned centrally and treated as a strategic function that directly supports business performance, financial outcomes, and leadership decision-making. While strategy is global, execution is focused in North America, with strong partnership across Finance, HR, and enterprise systems teams.
Why join us?
- Compensation is treated as a strategic discipline, not an administrative function
- High ownership role with real influence over programs and processes
- Strong, collaborative compensation leadership with a builder mindset
- Exposure to complex compensation challenges across a multi-entity organization
- Opportunity to grow scope and impact without waiting years for expansion
