§ Provides coverage of the phones and reports all phone related problems to the Regional Office Manager. § Greets visitors of TeamHealth applying proper security procedures, In a friendly and professional manner § Answer, and direct incoming phone calls § Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages for TeamHealth and its affiliates. This includes mail receipt; sorting and distribution to all departments; preparing internal and outgoing mail; and ordering additional postal/shipping supplies when needed. § Maintains tracking logs for at least six months for all packages, certified mail, IT deliveries. § Serve as the liaison for contracted courier express services such as FedEx, UPS, etc. Duties include receipt and distribution of deliveries, assisting other personnel with parcel preparation, and ordering related delivery supplies as needed. § Coordinates and maintains mail room supplies for TeamHealth and its affiliates. This includes monitoring supply inventory to maintain an adequate stock of items in the mailroom. Straightens Front Lobby/catering kitchen, mail room and supply cabinets as needed. Holds a key to the backup supply cabinet. § Review and Release Staples office supply orders every Wednesday. § Liaison between TeamHealth employees, Building Management, Day Porter and TeamHealth Maintenance. § Performs any other unspecified tasks associated

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
