Neurolimits is a neuroscience-led clinic delivering advanced, non-invasive treatments designed to improve mental health, cognitive function, and overall brain performance. Our services include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), neurofeedback, sleep diagnostics, and comprehensive psychological evaluations.
We work with clients of all ages—from children with attention or developmental challenges to adults managing anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders, as well as high-performing individuals looking to optimize focus, resilience, and cognitive output.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth and expand our reach across the Austin market.
Role Overview:
This is a pure business development and sales role focused on generating new clients and building strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing relationships with healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations
- Building partnerships across local networks including wellness groups, athletic organizations, corporate environments, and public sector entities (e.g., military, VA, city/state programs)
- Generating new client opportunities through direct outreach and networking
- Converting interest into scheduled evaluations and service starts
- Owning your pipeline and consistently driving measurable growth
This role is highly autonomous and designed for someone who knows how to generate opportunities and close business.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role (no base salary) with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation is directly tied to new business generated and revenue growth, providing significant upside for individuals who can consistently produce results.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience (required)
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate and close business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable with in-person outreach, networking, and business development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical sales, or behavioral health services
- Background in high-ticket or performance-based sales environments
- Existing network within Austin (healthcare, wellness, education, or corporate sectors)
- Experience working with referral-based or partnership-driven growth models
