Marketing Manager – Professional Nutritional Health Products

Location: Manalapan, NJ (On-site, Full-Time)

Compensation: $100,000 – $135,000 (Base + Performance Incentives)

Benefits: 2 weeks vacation, 5 PTO days, 8 national holidays, stock options, profit sharing

About the Role

Our client, a fast-paced regenerative nutrition company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive strategy, execution, and measurable growth for its professional-grade supplement line. Reporting directly to the President, this role blends strategic marketing leadership with hands-on tactical execution—ideal for a candidate eager to take on increased responsibility and career advancement, not someone content to repeat the same role for years.

You will manage and collaborate with the inside sales department, a marketing coordinator, and a brand manager, ensuring cohesive brand messaging, strong market positioning, and consistent performance against clearly defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for brand positioning, messaging, and growth within the professional supplement channel

Conduct competitive analysis and market surveillance to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and guide product positioning

• Serve as the product expert, translating technical/scientific insights into compelling marketing communications

• Define and deliver against 30-60-90 day objectives with measurable performance outcomes

• Partner with sales leadership to open new channels, strengthen provider relationships, and drive revenue growth

• Operate within a small-to-modest budget (under $1M) with a high level of creativity and resourcefulness

• Report progress and strategic insights directly to executive leadership

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of demonstrable accomplishments in marketing within nutritional supplements, wellness, or related industries

• Proven success in both strategic brand building and tactical execution

• Experience managing cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, brand management)

• Background in professional channel supplements or CPG (without retail emphasis)

• Strong track record of measurable growth—able to show campaigns, launches, or strategies that delivered results

• Career-minded professional seeking upward mobility and increased responsibility, not simply repeating a long-standing role

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills

• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate (on-site role with trade show travel as needed)
